Be sure to include your in-game name, the transaction ID (if applicable) and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

All store purchases made are final and non-refundable. By purchasing from our store, you agree to our no refund policy. All items, ranks and packages are classified as digital, non-tangible virtual assets that are delivered automatically upon completion of payment. As such, we do not offer refunds, including for cases of server downtime, game updates, bans or technical issues. Attempting to reverse a payment (chargebacks or disputes) will result in a permanent ban from the server and all associated services. If your experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us through our support channels and we will be happy to assist you.
